Love is in the air — and on the plate. This Valentine’s Day, we’re excited to share one of our new favorite dishes: the Marry Me Shrimp Pasta from Delish. It’s quick to make, incredibly comforting, and absolutely packed with flavor — the perfect recipe for a cozy night in.
This pasta combines tender shrimp with a rich, creamy sauce, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, and just the right amount of heat. Whether you're cooking for someone special or treating yourself, it’s the kind of meal that makes any evening feel a little more memorable.

Yields: 4–6 servings | Total time: 30 mins
Ingredients
- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, sliced (plus 4 tbsps tomato oil, divided)
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- Kosher salt and black pepper
- 16 oz rigatoni or penne
- 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 2 tbsps tomato paste
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 (5-oz.) pkg baby spinach
- ½ cup grated Parmesan (plus more for serving)
- Fresh basil leaves, torn
Directions
- Heat two tablespoons of tomato oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season shrimp with salt and pepper, and cook until pink, about three minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In a large pot of salted water, cook pasta until al dente; drain.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic, tomato paste, red pepper flakes, and remaining oil for one minute. Add sun-dried tomatoes, broth, cream, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for five minutes.
- Stir in spinach until wilted, then add pasta, shrimp, and Parmesan. Mix until coated and glossy.
- Let it sit for two to three minutes before serving. Garnish with basil and extra Parmesan.
